Your Score: The Psionic Deity

You scored 50 Mental, 12 Physical, 33 Elemental, and 35 Technological!

You are smart... really smart... Your brains are the envy of all those people out there that wish they had your brains. You can bend people to your will with a thought and you love it. "Farmboy, fetch me that pitcher" you might say... Your enemies cringe in fear at the very thought of you thinking ill of them. In short, you are a dork... Luckily you don't have too many ememies in reality since all your time is spent playing Dungeons and Dragons or watching Anime. Your fictional enemies though... those guys are toast.

Saturday I passed the exam to get my amatuer radio operaters license(technician).  I tried for the second level license (general)at the same time and missed it by one.  Can't really complain though since I only decided to actually take the exam three weeks prior.  I hadn't even finsished reading the book for goodness sakes. lol  Hubby is so tickled that I joined him in being a ham radio operater.   I should have my very own FCC call sign in a few days!

In other good news I also joined hubby in working a stand at computer shows and hamfests for a really nice guy.  This weekend was my first time.  I had a blast and got a new nickname it seems...not only am I flirty but apparently I am also "smiley" lol  We all had a great time even though sales were slow.

And woohoo....I am going to Dayton to the hamvention  so if any of you are interested stop by keysource technologies stand there and say hi.  I plan to retake the general exam at the hamvention.

Even better my sweetie is driving to meet me there!!!!!

ALso started things in motion to go back to college this fall.  Planning to get my AS in engineering at HACC then transfer to Penn State for my BS in EET (electronics enginnering technology)

Yep been keeping busy.

The Everything Test

There are many different types of tests on the internet today. Personality tests, purity tests, stereotype tests, political tests. But now, there is one test to rule them all.

Traditionally, online tests would ask certain questions about your musical tastes or clothing for a stereotype, your experiences for a purity test, or deep questions for a personality test. We're turning that upside down - all the questions affect all the results, and we've got some innovative results too! Enjoy :-)

Personality
You are more emotional than logical, more concerned about self than concerned about others, more atheist than religious, more dependent than loner, more lazy than workaholic, more traditional than rebel, more engineering mind than artistic mind, more cynical than idealist, more leader than follower, and more extroverted than introverted.

As for specific personality traits, you are romantic (86%), intellectual (73%), slutty (71%), horny (58%).

Stereotypes
College Student100%
Old Geezer83%
Prep69%

Life Experience
Sex71%
Substances11%
Travel24%

Politics
Your political views would best be described as Libertarian, whom you agree with around 100% of the time.
 Socioeconomic
Your attitude toward life best associates you with Middle Class. You make more than 0% of those who have taken this test, and 31% less than the U.S. average.

If your life was a movie, it would be rated NC-17.
By the way, your hottness rank is 69%, hotter than 94% of other test takers.

OK so here's mine...sort of

I'm really mostly straight but very much enjoy the aesthetics of a woman's body. I enjoy the way a woman feels; I totally understand why men like them. lol I enjoy playing with a woman in conjunction with a man versus having a serious romantic relationship with a woman. I just relate to men more in general.

In a relationship? Well yes, two actually, hence why I am not looking. Married for almost 16 years, and in a new long distance relationship (5 months), totally in love. I wouldn't want to cut into either relationship at this point to try and balance a third. A new relationship tends to make one a bit giddy and obsessed, so you need to actively remember to make sure the older relationship never suffers. And since both partners are new to poly there are things to be learned as the relationship grows. And of course learning about the new partner's quirks. lol

But the poly is definitely accurate.

Yesterday my daughter [info]kes9902 (yes the pregnant one, the other daughters are 12, 8, and 6) called me and told me the kids, girl 7 and boy 4, were driving her crazy. Mostly just kid stuff like fighting with each other and being loud, but when you are 9 months pregnant that can wear thin sometimes. So I said "bring them here and leave them" lol She promptly took me up on my offer, gee I wonder why? So today we got up and my 10 year old son, my 8 year old daughter and my 7 year old granddaughter made peanutbutter cookies with peanutbutter hershey's kisses. Great working together and we did some math to double the recipe, they did all the measuring, I used the mixer though. They even watched the clock to know when to take them out which again I did for safety reasons. Great job kids!! I love being a mom and a grandma.
Right now in the house there is Elisha 14 year old boy, Abbie 12 year old girl, Scotty (as in Montgomery Scott - his given name - beam me up lol) 10 year old boy, Marissa 8 year old girl, Zarabeth 7 year old girl (gd), Annika (as in "seven of nine"- resistance is futile) 6 year old girl, and Zander 4 year old boy (gs)
Oh and she brought the furry kid too lol so I also have an additional dog to add to my 3 dogs.
But I am serene today and feeling very maternal. Seems I am happiest taking care of others.
And I sent some baked goodies to OSO and his family this morning that my daughter and I baked last evening while she was here.
It seems being sick and resting for a week rejuvenated me, yippee!

OK so my oldest daughter was due to make me a grandma again mid-January. Turns out she decided to go into labor xmas eve and wanted her mommy there. So I pack up a few things she asked for and grabbed the next oldest daughter who is 12 and headed out, 90 minutes later we arrived at the home of my daughter. We arrived shortly before the midwife.
So, no baby on xmas eve. Xmas arrives, still no baby. Bummer, now I missed xmas with the rest of my kids but no baby either. The midwife left to do her rounds about 5am this morning. She came back this evening. Guess what still no baby!! She is definitely in labor but it is super slow.[info]technogeek either. And he missed work today because I had our only vehicle and was too dead tired to drive home and was afraid to leave my daughter with no midwife here.
Well [info]technogeek is having his father pick him up and drive him here because I am not even totally sure that she will have this baby in time for me to get the car home in time for [info]technogeek to get to work on time tomorrow morning.
Yep I'm tired, I will be almost as glad as my daughter when this baby finally makes her debut into the world.

Yesterday I managed to enter two months worth of attendance for two of my children, attendance broken down by minutes devoted to each subject on each day. I had the help of my oldest who was visiting to compel the other two to actually complete their math journals so that I could get the missing work samples for two months in th email, mailed out today, yippee!
I also accomplished emptying two large litter boxes and refilling with fresh scoopable litter.
And cleaned the dining room tables of books and papers once the kids completed their school work for the day.
And happy happy joy teacher conferences for today were canceled! yea!!!!

Today I dyed my oldest daughter's hair and cut it before she headed home, leaving her two children and their dog til Monday. lol Earlier this week I trimmed my three youngest girls hair. Yesterday I cut my my grandson's hair.

Back pats for me. lol

I read this post and just had to pass it on! This is wonderful advice and so very true.
Gakked from [info]ktylove:

More basic wisdom from Ms. Carolyn Hax (she speaks to all audiences, but this is good poly 101):

"I don't think there's any way to communicate except to drop your defenses. It's admitting you're wrong when you're wrong; admitting you're scared when you're scared; admitting you're mad when you're mad; admitting you're hurt when you're hurt; admitting you're lonely, weak, tired, selfish or needy sometimes; admitting you're lost when you just don't know how you feel.

It's admitting these things only when they're true, and not when you're angling for something.

It's listening.

And it's not judging, blaming or punishing other people, or taking advantage of them, or otherwise making them pay, for admitting difficult things to you."
